5Must Read for Product Owners

If you are a product manager or product owner, you need to read this book. Roman Pichler lays out this book in two parts: the first discusses product strategy, vision and KPIs; the second tackles product roadmapping. It's an easy read, and he uses consumer examples so anyone can easily understand. I'm an Agile coach and recommend it to every Product Owner I work with.

This book delivers what promises, as it has to. With an easy-understanding, Roman explains definitions and practical techniques to manage products and deliver value to customers. If you have any doubts about buying it, quickly google its title, this book has been used by many podcasts and blog posts as reference.
