This book has so many mistakes in it that I am more frustrated as I read more and more of the book for my class. 12th edition? Please. I am so appreciative, Kenneth Laudon. You are stealing from consumers with this book. I expect a lot more from a book that claims to have this many editions. Get your act together. This is disrespectful.

2"Global Paperback" does not have same content as the Hardcover 12th edition!
If you are planning on purchasing this "paperback / global" 12th edition in place of the "hardback / green cover" 12th edition for a college course, DON'T!! We had to return ours after comparing the two in class. The paperback version advertises the "same content", but much the information and examples are completely different.

4Great book for E-commerce

The book provides a lot of great statistics about e-commerce. It also gives a lot of great information that is helpful for those looking to learn more about e-commerce and those currently owning and operating a business online. At times the book has some fluff and doesn't get to the point, but it makes up for it with all the valuable information it provides.
