Very informative! I haven't read the entire book, but there is a wealth of knowledge in this book if you don't know anything about social media!

Well laid out and clear, easy to understand. Well written and relevant content.
I wanted to get up to speed in the area of Social Media and how to use for marketing.
My background is in marketing and sales, but this was a new area for me.
This did a great job! Recommend.

3Not what I was looking for

There's a lot of information in this book. I think my issue is that there's too much that seems outside the scope of a for dummies format. It's too much, too complicated and too wordy. Could have used a hands-on editor and a more targeted approach. I'd pass on this one unless you really want the nitty gritty details.
