    About the Author
    Emrah Yayici contributes to UXPA (User Experience Professionals Association) as a chapter vice-President. He is the author of the best-selling UX Design and Usability Mentor Book, Business Analysis Methodology Book and Business Analyst's Mentor Book.

    He is one of the managing partners of UXservices, BA-Works and Keytorc. He started his career as a technology and management consultant at Arthur Andersen and Accenture. Afterward he led global enterprise transformation projects at Beko-Grundig Electronics.

    During his career he has managed multinational and cross-functional project teams in banking, insurance, telecommunications, media, consumer electronics, IT industries, and startups.

    He has also contributed to IIBA® (International Institute of Business Analysis) as a chapter President and ISTQB® (International Software Testing Board) as a former international board member. He is now sharing his experience about UX design, usability, business analysis, business development, entrepreneurship, lean product development, customer experience design, and quality assurance by publishing articles and books, leading training sessions, and speaking at conferences.

    2The grammar is terrible, making it difficult to follow

    This is a quick read, but it doesn't provide much depth. The book is poorly organized, and the layout is horrific. The grammar is terrible, making it difficult to follow. For example, on page 18 (although there are only page numbers on the right-hand pages of the book, so I know it's page 18 from looking at the next page number and subtracting one...a great UX), the author says, "People fail to complete tasks in case their cognitive load reaches to a certain limit. This usually happens when their memory and perception level is forced." This is not worth the $10.

    4A great guide

    This book is very informative, especially for a beginner it provides a broad perspective. The examples are from real projects and so I could connect with the issues and resolutions quickly and easily.

    I'm new to this field. The book is clean and clear. It gets to the point. If you're looking for deeper tactics and insights, it might not be the best choice.
