Master powerful new approaches to web architecture, design, and user experience
This book presents a pragmatic, problem-driven, user-focused approach to planning, designing, and building dynamic web solutions. The author guides you through choosing and implementing specific technologies and addresses key user-experience topics, including mobile-friendly and responsive design. You’ll learn how to gain more value from existing Microsoft technologies such as ASP.NET MVC and SignalR by using them alongside other technologies such as Bootstrap, AJAX, JSON, and JQuery. As a professional working with populating a configuration management database using federation with aspx files and c#, this book is excellent for learning about why core and MVC should be considered going forward. This book has saved me a lot of time by presenting the pros and cons of the future direction of

It's a great book that will definitely get you started on writing more maintainable and manageable code. Some parts, such as the mentioned design patterns, could probably be given more practical real life applications, but that can already be difficult to grasp without proper experience. The explanation of SOLID was also nice.

Migrating to ASP.NET MVC with only previous experience in ASP.NET Web Forms. This book was exactly what I needed to get an idea how things are done in MVC in arthitectural design / UI wise.
